The director talked about his latest onscreen venture Oti Uttam where he has used Rotto technology to bring back Mahanayak Uttam Kumar on screen. The rest, as they say, is history. The film is still running to full houses, re-establishing the fact that evenafter these many years, Uttam Kumar still reigns the hearts of the viewers with equal elan. In a hearty discussion he talked about how he recreated the voice of Mahanayak for Oti Uttam. He collected a huge data base of his voice and after following the necessary steps, how he applied AI with an extrapolated texture to recreate Uttam Kumar's original voice.
