Dev, Soumitrisha Kundu, Paran Bandyopadhyay, Anirban Chakrabarti along with the Director and other cast and crew were spotted at thye poster launch of upcoming Bengali film ‘Pradhan’ under the direction of Avijit Sen starring Dev in lead. The event was organized at Nandan on Friday evening.
What did the Actors Say?
Anirban Chakrabarti said, “I am keeping my character as a secret. Revealing the character will spoil the chemistry. He also added the title of the film is Pradhan because every character is playing the role of Pradhan in their own way. The characters are colorful.”
“Pradhan will open a gateway. There is depth and at the same time topical. There is comedy, seriousness, social message, every element that a film demands,” Paran Bandyopadhyay added
Soumitrisha opens up, “I am very happy to work with Dev da. I knew him as a super star but when I worked with him as his co-artist he be like very balancing. He cracked jokes but at the same time very dedicated and passionate while giving the shots. Working in the industry more than 17 years, still he kept his super-star persona outside the set and works as an artist. He is very humble and down to earth. I learnt a lot working with him.”

Avijit Sen spoke directly to us where he said,” Audience has got expectations and that is quite natural. I still remember when Projapoti was out every one appreciated with open hearts. From then, I started thinking about Pradhan should be different and unique from my previous works”
