We know the way our society illtreat animals and to encounter that a man starts a fight against the society. Not only fight but torture. The way the teaser has been cut I can assure you. Bengali film industry haven't seen such a storyline in long time but we have seen these type of films in Western Region as well as the South films in India. A South film named "777 Charlie" also focussed in this plot in past. The way a man stand against the society to protect the animals. This is a completely new storyline in Bengali film industry. The way the making has been done by the director is A class. We know Tathagata is a good director. Specially the technical segment. You can see the brutality in most of the scenes. If a human can do the same brutal activity towards the animals then the same should happen to him. We see animals getting killed by poison in food, start dogs being beaten on road. This film is too essential for this society to understand how they are treating the animals but yes this film won't be like Ranbir Kapoor's "Animal" because this film carries a social message which can bring atleast a minior change in society. The storyline, the design really impressed me. Editing, Color gradation, background music all is well set. Specially the cut scenes and the use of background music during entrance of the dogs. We can expect the film will give something to us.
Friends we have seen Bikram Chatterjee mostly in romantic scenes. Even his last film "Sohorer Usnotomo Dine" where he played the lead romantic hero..He gets these projects frequently in his career but surprisingly in this film he as the protagonist is unexpected. His looks, fitness, bodily transformation steals the scene as if he is the silent guardian. Bikram can be the one and only force to give this film a hype..Ambarish Bhattacharya who is also known to be one of the finest actor specially in comic roles but here is is totally different. The way he is dressed up, smoking a cigar gives us a glimpse that he is playing a negative character. This sudden shift of his genre adds a different flavor overall. Both the actors are coming out of their comfort zone and trying something new.
Verdict
