Who did better- Jeet or Jeetu Kamal? Manush Film Reaction

In the tagline it is described as- “When a man becomes an animal”. This tagline grows interest among audience specially Jeet fans.

About the Director & Producer

About the Film Reaction
There are many positive and negative sides of the film. If I talk about the positive angles, when the film starts and the title cut is shown, I simply loved the presentation of it, showcasing middle class, poor, rich lifestyles and also the title track of the film sung by Rupam Islam is impressively placed.
The face off between Jeet and Jeetu Kamla just before the interval scene is awe witnessing. I personally felt it to be the most impactful scene as the clash of the protagonist and antagonist builds the momentum. The scene reminds of the film Don no 1 by Nagarjuna. The cut-to-cut effect has been given when the hero and villain is conversing, thus making the film impactful.
Susmita’s performance is not so good but she is growing and gaining the experience. Jeetu Kamal’s performance is outstanding. No one could have done justice with the character ‘Mannan’ than him. I can assure audience have felt the same way as if Jeetu Kamal is Mannan in real life. His acting is flawless and heart touching. You all have seen his brilliance portrayal of Satyajit Ray’s biopic ‘Aparajito’. Here, also he performs a different avatar and made us spellbound. If I talk about Jeet, he has also done pretty well specially which he is famous for- the action sequences. Even he beautifully brought the emotional aspect in Father-Daughter relationship. The other supporting actors did good. The ending of the film is satisfying. Audience will like it. Even you will enjoy the songs and connect with it specially the title track by Rupam Islam and ‘Ador Diye Chui’ song by Sonu Nigam which shows the emotional bond between a father and a daughter. The audience won’t get bore.
Now if I come to the negative sides, see the action scenes are well designed but could not entertain much which it did with Jeet’s previous films ‘Chengiz’ and ‘Raavan’. The reason is being the background music which does not sync with the actions. If the music has been impactful the scenes could have been more interesting and entertaining. The scaling is there in the fight scenes, even lots of expenses have been incurred but overall, the action sequences lack that X-factor. The film could have more made impact but because of lack of emotions it failed. If you have seen Sanjoy Somadder’s other works like Chorki or Amanush, wonderful works, will make you cry. He is known for emotions but it didn’t happen here. The emotional relationship between Jeet and his daughter did not work out because proper space was not given, I don’t know what made the director do so. I feel the relationship between the daughter and father could have more established if space had been given. Audience may connect with Jeetu Kamal’s backstory but I could not connect with because things were just shown in flashes.
