About the Film Review:
The story revolves around today’s society. The jealousy, greed in today’s society against each other has been highlighted in the plot beautifully. Ankush and Priyanka are the lead cast in this movie. The film is not a mainstream gharana rather it is more of a parallel gharana. I watched the film and honestly, I liked it. Though audience was not so as they expected but this film has got that content which nowadays most movies lack.
Positive Side:
The first thing I will discuss on the detailing of the movie. Each scene has got the detailing and relevance. The most striking feature is that there is not much words or dialogues specially when you see Ankush. They way he used his expression in his scenes is flawless. That’s why we say, “Cinema is beyond language.” Priyanka, on the other hand, has done brilliant with her part. She is proving lately through her works that she is a character actress. She performs the role of a Muslim wife of Ankush. Her dialect and behaviour will immerse audience completely into her. Her mannerism completely justifies the character. As a character actress she is doing exceptional. We have not seen Ankush is such kind of avatar before. Diverting himself completely from mainstream to such an off-beat character and that too keeping the same throughout the film is outstanding. The entire storyline and the script brilliantly done. The making reminds me of “Mrigaya” film. I mean such detailed work where we get to see nowadays
Technical Part
Since the film is more of a parallel gharana, the technical part whether Cinematography, Editing, Color Gradation or Background music, each segment has been beautifully scaped and blended with this movie.
Negative Side:
There is no as such negative side in this film but yes, it’s a slow pace movie which many may not like. In today’s world, things have fastened up. Commercialization has taken over detailing work so there are very few who may watch with patience. The most important part is the climax. It has been so beautifully designed that you can’t predict what happened.
Verdict:
I bet if you watch the film till last you will return home with a cluster of emotions. You must watch the film and don’t think it to be a bad movie as audience is less in theatres.
