EK MUTHO RODDUR MOVIE REVIEW
Abhimanyu (Vikky) and Srabanti (Chayanika) lose touch after meeting at a Mumbai college. They again meet in Kolkata. Will this time the union last? What else is happening in their lives?
A tale of insufferable twists and turns, which only make the knots in the script impossible to untangle, Ek Mutho Roddur starts of like a forgettable love story and ends up being a forced drama. The film is ‘forced’ everything — forced storyline, forced acting, forced use of music, forced comedy and forcefully-induced tragedy. At one point you will feel different people have written the script at different points without agreeing on the story! Such hilarious goof-up in the writing reaches its peak at the interval. Using a no-brainer at the interval and hoping that the audience will remain seated for the second half is so surprising that you will question the intent of the writers and director.
