Boomerang: The comedy and tragedy of errors!
About the story:
Judging by the first glimpse of the film as well as the trailer, I am certain that this is going to be a science fiction movie. Because here we see that Jeet is playing the role of a technical engineer or a scientist, who wants to create history by building technologically sound products. Thus he is innovating new things with his new ideas. The robot which he is constructing is gradually bringing a change in his life. You can call the change a problem or you can say that it is bringing a new dimension to his life. So whether the change is actually profitable for him or whether it is making him suffer; to know the answer to all these you have to watch the film.

Those of you who have seen the teaser of this movie, when you see the trailer, you will understand that there is not much difference between the two.
Jeet who is playing the protagonist in this film, we usually see him as the hero of mass movies and mostly as an action hero. But here we find him in a different Avatar. Here he is playing the role of a scientist and he owns a brilliant mind. He is innovating new things like he has
innovated a bike which can even fly. With the help of that bike he is saving the lives of people and he is also constructing a robot.
In this story Rukmini is playing the role of the robot. Jeet is bringing that robot to his home. And when he is doing that his wife is not present at his home. Those who have seen old classic "Ogo Bodhu Sundari", will find similarity with this movie. There also Uttam Kumar brought someone home and he was actually teaching her. But everyone thought that he was having an affair with her or maybe he was actually planning to marry her and this created a problem in his marital life. Here also we see the same thing; the robot which is brought home his wife thinks that this robot is his girlfriend. This is giving rise to the problem. This film basically belongs to comedy genre.
Jeet is good in comedy. His sense of comedy and the kind of comedy he is delivering here is working positively for the film. But in places Rukmini is looking a little unnatural. Because Jeet is bringing her home and everybody is treating her as a normal human being. But her acting in those portions are a bit robotic. So now the question remains if she acts like a robot how do normal people treat her as a common human being? This is not quit clear from the trailer.Thereare other actors present in this movie like Ambarish, Sourav Das. Rajatava Dutta is Brilliant. So all in all the trailer looks good.
Now let me talk about the technical aspects of the movie. It's not that the technical parts are extremely brilliant or something. In fact it is like any other normal film but in some portions where new technologies are shown those portions are little bit interesting. There is nothing much to say about the light . The editing is okay. The background score is good. Until we see the whole film it is difficult to make any judgement.
Verdict:
Jeet has a huge fan following and I know that all of you are waiting eagerly for the film to release. I think the movie is going to be a good one. Do go and watch once it releases and let us know your opinion.
