About the Plot:

About the Trailer Reaction
Friends we have seen Byomkesh, Feluda and Sherlock Holmes but Deepak Chatterjee is completely new to us. When the character Swapan Kumar comes in city, the city experiences the love of rain. Instead of bullet, flower comes out from his gun. How good is this person? Whenever we see other detectives be it Sherlock or Byomkesh or Feluda, we sense a smell of murder and mystery but Deepak Chatterjee is such a detective who takes us in a nostalgic trip to our olden days when we use to listen stories from our grandparents. He is a detective who takes us in his journey. We consider Byomkesh & Feluda as great Bengali detective because of their Bengali attire dhoti But Deepak Chatterjee is such a detective who is westernize from outside but hardcore Bengali in heart
If I tell in one word about the trailer- Fantastic! I believe trailer is just a version of the full film. The way the trailer has been framed is beautiful. Each scene and dialogues have been beautifully jingled and crafted along with the title track of the movie, creates a fantasy world to us which is magnificent. Through animation & VFX many scenes have been crafted which takes us to a different world of fantasy. A writer whose books are less unknown to people, all of a sudden one of his character presented on screen who comes in the middle of the city and solve a case taking children to old aged people to a different dimension where there is no action and crime. Yes of course in the trailer you will see action sequences but what I meant is that there is no as such brutality. Generally, the brutality which is there in this materialistic world of other detectives, you won't find such in this film. When a prince rescues his princess from monsters in fantasy, is there any brutality? Like that you won't see such scenes here. We were missing such detective and now the wait is over
The cast goes well with the character be it Abir Chatterjee who is playing the lead or Paran Bandyopadhyay. We will also see Lokenath Dey and most importantly Gautam Halder. If you observe the trailer, you can see theatrical treatment has been given. We saw such treatment when "Ballabhpurer Rupkotha" was released. That is why Gautam Halder has been casted in an important character and we know he loves to work larger than life character specially in theatre and also in films. Here also we get to see such a character and it goes with him completely as the story is crafted in that manner. Even the overall technical treatment looks mind blowing.
