He himself plays the role of Dr. Athhoi Loda or Othello. Sohini Sarkar plays Diya, a modern version of Desdemona, who is spirited and intelligent while Anirban Bhattacharya plays the role of enigmatic and cunning Gogo or Iago. The movie explores the complexities of human psyche and the themes of jealousy, ambition and love within the boundaries of modern world.
