Alaap: Do they meet or do they not?
About the story: This movie is a rom com drama. In a particular flat, one stays during the day and the other one stays during the night. One of them is man and other one is woman. The one who stays during night works at day and the one who works at night stays during the daytime. A Relationship gets built up between these two but without seeing each other. Will that lead to fruition? To know the answer you have to watch the film.

About the film review: The characters of two protagonists, who stays in this flat and never get to meet each other, are played by Mimi Chakraborty and Abir Chatterjee. Both of them have acted brilliantly in the movie. One side of the film consists of comedy and other side consists of romance. Abir's dialogues entail a subtle comedy. There is no slapstick comedy in the movie and the comedy portion has really worked in favour of the movie. What is special about this movie is that the couple never gets to meet each other and yet a beautiful romance blossoms between them and not even once you will feel the need for them to meet! And that is the beauty of this relationship.
Now let me talk about the technical part of the movie. Here the entire movie is based on a flat. The art direction is good the way the DOP has captured the angles of the shots, that is praise- worthy . Not even once will you feel bored. In the first half, the comedy portion is more. Another lovely point of the movie is that it shows writing of letters between the couple. So it Takes us back to those old romantic days when lovers wrote letters to each other and yet again since here both are working in the IT sector, the very modern aspect of communication is also shown. The script is good. Anupam Roy's music is brilliant and all the songs of the movie are good. And Prabuddha Banerjee's background score is also very good. The story is not a run-of-the mill story and hence it's going g to entertain you.
Verdict: This movie is a beautiful romantic comedy and since the story is an unusual one it is definitely going to attract a lot of audience. Those of you who have already watched the movie, You know that this is a good movie and those of you who haven't yet watched the movie, please go and watch it with your family and let us know your opinion.
