Adv. Achintya Aich Trailer Review: Unveiling the Gripping Courtroom Drama of Hoichoi's New Web Series

About the story: Those of you who have watched the teaser, of this new web series of Hoichoi, know that this is a court-room drama. The story revolves around a person who is known as Advocate Achintya Aich but people call him useless because he doesn't have the capability to fight a case against the well known lawyers. But all of a sudden he gets to fight a case against the most renowned lawyer of the city, called Sitaram. The character of Sitaram is portrayed by Saswata Chatterjee. The case starts between the two and how it proceeds, in whose favour the case goes, weather Achintya Aich wins the case or not and if he does, how he achieves that - to know the answer to all these questions you have to watch this web series of Hoichoi.

About the cast and the crew: In the cast and crew we find Hrithik Chakraborty, Saswata Chatterjee, Surangana Banerjee, Dulal Lahiri and others.

About the trailer review: This web series may remind you of "Jolly LLB" or "Criminal Justice", which is a well known web series by Pankaj Tripathi. And that is quite natural. There are definitely certain similarities and even in the portrayal of the character played by Saswata Chatterjee, we see the reflection of the character which Boman Irani played. However, when we get to see the full web series it may so happen that we will find that the story line of this one is absolutely different from the story of that series.

Now if I talk about the performance part of the series, I must say that everyone has acted very well. Saswata has played his character very well. His attitude, his behaviour, everything is doing justice to his rule. Ritwik, who is playing the protagonist, looks very convincing in the role of simpleton advocate. And maybe there is also a romantic side to this story. What exactly is the relationship of Ritwik Chakraborty with that girl is not very clear but maybe there is a romantic angle.

Now talking about the technical part of the series, it is absolutely fine. The kind of camera work that is needed to portray a court- room drama, that type of camera work is done here. The way the scenes are captured, at times from behind the bars, to show that the place is basically a correctional home - all these things add value to the series. I am also liking the colour grading of the series. Too much dark colour is not used because this is not a very dark story. This is a court-room drama interspersed with funny moments and so a normal light is used. Most importantly, all throughout the series, the background score that is being played is quite befitting.

Verdict: This webseries will be streaming on HoiChoi from 26th April. Going by the trailer, this web series is going to be an interesting one. All of you watch this and let us know your opinion.
